Return and Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and want to make your shopping experience safe and reliable. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

If your item meets the above conditions, you can initiate a return by contacting our support team.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale.
  • Personal care items, hygiene products, undergarments, or cosmetics.
  • Digital goods, gift cards, or downloadable products.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@hamzamart.pk with your order number and a short description of the issue.
  2. Attach photos or videos showing the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable).
  3. Once verified, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you to ship the item back to us.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Credit/Debit Card).
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer upon verification.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size, color, or model), please contact our team within 3 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.


6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and will follow the standard return policy.
