Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your city and courier service.
Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or sales events.

Delivery Delays

Occasional delivery delays can occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer international shipping.
HamzaMart.pk ships only within Pakistan.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Once dispatched, you will receive another email or SMS containing your tracking number.
Tracking numbers are usually active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders within Pakistan include applicable taxes as per government regulations.
There are no additional customs or import fees for domestic deliveries.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

HamzaMart.pk is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier or email our support team to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
